2022 Parish Retreat

Parish Retreat 2022 Registration Form

You will only need to complete one registration form per couple or family unit.

There is no payment due at registration. You will receive an email with invoice within two weeks of registration. At that time, you will pay for the retreat.

As of August 3, we are at capacity for children (12 and under). If you would like to be added to the family waitlist, please email Rachel: rachel@stalbanswaco.org

Primary Registrant Information

Two registration options available:

Full Registration: This option includes lodging in the bunkhouses and all meals. Choose full registration even if you only plan to stay for 1 of 2 nights or plan to participate in weekend events & meals but will be lodging off-site.

Daytripper: This option is for those who plan to drive down to Camp Allen for Saturday ONLY. This option includes meals for Saturday ONLY, no lodging, meals, or retreat participation on Friday or Sunday.

Every adult retreat participant will serve on a retreat service team. Here is a breakdown of the team options:

MEAL PREP & SERVE: Help prep one meal during the retreat.
MEAL CLEANUP: Help clean up after one meal during the retreat.
ACTIVITY LEAD: Help with one activity during free time (~2 hours) by serving as point-person
CHILDREN'S HELPER: Help with one session of children's programming.
RETREAT WELCOME: Arrive 1 hour early on Friday to help with setup and check in.
RETREAT TEAR DOWN: Depart 1 hour after end of retreat Sunday to help with tear down.
PRE-RETREAT PREP: Help prepare for the retreat the week prior to retreat (~2 hours).
PUT ME ANYWHERE COACH: Happy to help however most needed!

Choose 3 teams in order of preference 1, 2, 3 with 1 being your top choice:

Will 13+ youth stay in adult bunkhouse?*
*Youth (ages 13+) may stay in an adult bunkhouse of same gender (at the parents’ discretion). Any teen in an adult bunkhouse will have at least 1 safeguarded adult in the shared bunk room.
If applicable: will you need nursery care for children age 3 and under on Saturday?
Please note: we have a limited number of nursery spots that remain available. We will confirm availability via email.
Nursery care will be available for children 3 and younger on Saturday from 9–noon and 1–3 PM.

Lodging

Lodging options for full registration (not daytrippers).
Most retreat participants will stay in bunkhouses. You can read more about the bunkhouses on the retreat webpage.
Because we have a limited number of more private lodging options at Camp Allen (Campsite 4 private rooms & Camp Allen hotel rooms), we are unable to guarantee preferred lodging. Priority for these rooms will be given to special need and promptness of registration (e.g., more likely to receive if registering earlier in the summer). Campsite 4 private rooms and Camp Allen hotel rooms are no longer available, all rooms filled as of June 29.
