Parish Choir

The parish choir of St. Alban’s has a long history of excellence and music has always been at the heart of the parish. Consisting of highly-trained professional and amateur singers, the choir brings the rich heritage of sacred music stretching over some five-hundred years of Christian worship into the choral liturgies at St. Alban’s. The choir’s repertoire embraces music from many different styles and schools of composition, ranging from Byrd, Tallis, and Victoria, through to more recent compositions by Andrew Carter, James MacMillan, and Cecilia McDowall. If you are interested in joining the choir, please contact the Organist & Director of Music, Eugene Lavery by email or phone at (254) 752-7843.
